CBAM data request from your EU customer
EU importers of steel and aluminium must declare the emissions embedded in what they buy. When your customer sends you a request link, it opens here with their goods, their deadline and what you need to answer.
Why your EU customer asks
Since January 2026, EU importers pay for the emissions embedded in the steel and aluminium they buy. They must use your real figures, checked by an accredited verifier, or the EU default value for your country plus a mark-up that rises to 30% in 2028. Sending your figures makes your goods cheaper for your customer.
