Ask your non-EU supplier for CBAM emissions data

List the goods you import from a supplier and get a link and an email to send them. The link opens your request in the supplier's own language, with what to send and free tools to calculate it.

CN code: 4 to 8 digits, as on your customs declaration. Tonnes are optional.

The page your supplier opens is in this language. Your email stays in English.

Nothing is sent from this page and nothing is stored on our side. The request travels inside the link (after the #, which browsers never send to a server). Your draft stays in this browser.

Your request

Fill in your company name and at least one product with a CN code of 4 to 8 digits to get the link and the email.

Why ask your supplier

Your CBAM declaration needs the emissions embedded in each good you import. Without your supplier's verified figures you must use the EU default value for its country, plus a mark-up of 10% in 2026, 20% in 2027 and 30% from 2028. Real figures are usually lower, so they cost you fewer CBAM certificates.

What your supplier sees

A page in their language (16 languages, including Chinese, Turkish, Vietnamese, Korean, Russian and Spanish) with your company, the goods and your deadline, the data to send, and free tools: an emissions calculator, a check of the Commission's communication template and a one-page emissions summary to send back to you.

Your supplier can also share verified figures with you through the EU CBAM Registry portal for non-EU operators (O3CI): give them your EORI number.
